The Vital Signs Community Survey is not a “scientific survey.” All the same, it is a valuable tool to examine the attitudes and views of Powell River. Authorities on surveys consider 250 returns for a survey of the size of Powell River as reliable. With 685 responses, Vital Signs 2011 survey almost tripled that target.
